Good to know

All prices are per room and night including breakfast, one bottle of water, WIFI, the use of our swimming pool.

Cancellation policy

• Of course you have the possibility to cancel your booking at any time before departure. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  For cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• 0 - 1 days before the agreed arrival date, 100% of the total cost of your booked stay will be charged. Late arrival or early departure cannot be charged to us and you will be charged 100% of the cost of your stay.
• 2 - 6 days before the agreed date of arrival, 50% of the total cost of your booked stay will be charged.
   
• Note: The legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancellation policy.

Booking guarantee

• Through our online booking system you have the possibility to select a booking by category. It can not be considered online wishes regarding room number. A binding reservation is valid only after our confirmation as well as the payment of your deposit. The amount of the deposit per room is 50% of the total cost of your booked stay. With your consent we take the liberty to debit the amount due 6 days before the booked arrival date from your credit card.

Pets Policy

• No pets allowed
  Dogs and other pets are not allowed at Hotel Ansitz Gamp. 

Visitor's Tax

• The prices indicated are exclusive of € 2.90 local tax per person (from 14 years) per night, which is paid at the Hotel.

General Terms and Conditions - Important Information

• A binding reservation is only valid after our written confirmation as well as the payment of your deposit. The execution of a binding ONLINE booking is bound to the insert of your personal data, the acceptance of our terms and conditions and the payment of a deposit. Only after receiving your deposit for confirmation the booking becomes binding for bothcontracting parties.

Deposit for reservations

• The amount of the deposit per room is 50% of the total cost of your booked stay. With your consent, we will take the liberty to debit the amount from your credit card.

Arrival and departure

• On the day of arrival your reserved room will be available from 13:00 pm. Please inform us by telephone on the day of arrival if you arrive after 22.00 pm. If no notification for a later arrival is received on the agreed arrival day, your room will be assigned to someone else on the following day without compensation. Late arrivals, no-shows or early departures cannot be held against us and you will be charged 50% of the total cost if your reservation is based on a planned stay of more than 3 days.
• Rooms reserved for a stay of up to 3 days will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.

Payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as EC-Card. Cash payments are possible up to a maximum amount of € 4999,99. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted. 
• Price changes, misprints, system errors and mistakes, as well as changes in offers reserved.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is therefore not allowed to smoke in the rooms.
